The branch dashboard is an essential view that is used to present all important up to date operation completed by your employees and the tasks that needs to be completed by the management. It empowers the management to make fast and data-driven decisions based on the latest information.

Vault Control Room

The main vault system helps the designated employee handles all the money requests from/to the vault. Make sure that every drawer has sufficient funds to finish their tasks. Vault has the ability to monitor all open drawers and set a notification when a particular drawer reaches certain amount.

Ahaln notification & broadcast system enables you to select which employee get notified when a certain task is completed to ensure quick completion of tasks and to reduce outside system communications. The broadcast system allows you to send a message to a group, branch or to the whole company employees given that you have the appropriate permissions.

You can request and send cash to other branches and keep track of the money till it is delivered to the appropriate destination. Everyone's balance reflects the actual money they have in their position and not while it is in transit. All branches have the ability to review requests before accepting or denying the operation.
